Modello Nordic Oy manufactures and sells pre-cast, lightweight bathroom(wet room?) modules, fabricated under the strictest factory controlled conditions that utilize the latest in material technologies, all while offering a ecological final product with an extensive life cycle and product durability.  

Due to the reduction in fabrication time, as well as the elimination of various installation stages, the builder can achieve significant cost savings, without sacrificing quality or structural integrity.  The external surfaces of the module are also complete with the exception of finishings, eliminating the need for even these installations on site. 

The innovative lightweight concrete utilized, guarantees a long lifespan for the bathroom unit yet enables repairs for decades going forward.
