FinnBuild showcases the latest products and services, working methods and solutions for construction and building technology, as well as wide variety of programme for trade professionals.
FinnBuild has been organised biennally since 1974 and brings together all the key factors in construction industry. FinnBuild is the largest event in the industry in Finland, both in terms of number of participating companies, visitors and exhibition space.

Sustainable experiences
Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre is a pioneer in sustainability in the events industry and works in the areas of social, economic and environmental responsibility. Sustainability work is reported annually in accordance with the UN’s sustainable development goals.

A key aspect of Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre’s sustainability work is the economic and employment impact of the event venue on its surroundings. Last year, events held at Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre generated a revenue stream of €245 million for the Helsinki metropolitan area, with the employment impact amounting to 3,335 person-years.

Terms of participation
The terms below apply in addition to the general terms of participation of The Finnish Fair Corporation and terms of participation.
- Expostart €670 (incl. socket 16A 230V 3,6kW and energy consumption, Publicity and environmental fee) is charged from all exhibitors.
- The invoice for participation is due 15 August 2026.
- Stands with two storeys: the square meters of the second storey are subject to a charge which is 50 % of the space rental.
- The stands should have 2.5 m-high wall structures to section them off.
- Joint stands: If the stand is used by several exhibitors, a Publicity and environmental fee €440 is charged from all exhibitors. The company in charge of making the reservation is required to manage all other invoices.
- An extra charge of €25 + vat/invoice is charged if additional invoices need to be made when, for example, the space rental is paid by several companies, or the company contact information is being changed.
- The number of exhibitor’s passes and invitation cards depends on the size of the stand. The amounts can be checked from the webpages of the event.
- VAT is added to all prices.
- Prices are valid until 40 days before the event.
Please note the following details about programme activities taking place at the stand:
- Programme and other activities taking place at the stand must be confined within the area of the stand.
- The volume limit for sound at the stand is 75 db.
- To ensure the safety of visitors, it is important that activities taking place at the stand – for example, throwing objects – do not harm anyone
