SMRY is the trade association for metal-framed doors, windows, glass façades, glazed roofs, railings, balcony and terrace glazing and related maintenance services. The association has around 60 members, including nearly all leading companies in the industry. Its members represent broad expertise in construction, from design to manufacturing, specializing in steel and aluminum profile systems. Since 2005, SMRY has supported its members through training, advisory services and cooperation with authorities.

The SMRY LAATU certification, introduced in 2020, has already been obtained by nearly 40 member companies. Audited by Kiwa Sertifiointi Oy, the certification demonstrates effective management of CE marking requirements.
