The association VVS Föreningen i Finland rf (VSF) is established in 1936 and it is the Swedish-language society within the HVAC-branch in Finland. The purpose of this association is to promote technical development in the HVAC field and to educate its members in this technology through lectures, courses and excursions, and to also give the members an opportunity to meet people with common interests. VSF has about 600 private persons as members and some supporting members.

The official organ for VSF, a review entitled ”Värme- och Sanitetsteknikern VVS” (Heat- and Sanitary Technician) is published four times a year.

The Värme- och Sanitetsteknikern VVS magazine is well-known for its high-class technical articles and for penetrating actual questions in the field.  The issue is 1.150 and it is published in Swedish mainly for HVAC-engineers, plumbers and builders in Finland. Some copies are also distributed to the Scandinavian countries. It can also be read online at www.vvs-tidningen.fi.
